Large Double Room in Clifton Village

I'm looking for someone to replace my outgoing flatmate from 3 April. The flat is located in Victoria Square, right in the heart of Clifton.

The room available is a large double which comes fully furnished and recently had the mattress replaced. The flat is a good size, with a spacious front room, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen.

I'm an accountant with regular working hours of 9 to 5.. In my spare time I play rugby and enjoy keeping fit.. I would be looking for someone who is laid-back and would be up for the occasional drink during the week.

The rent is £500 per month plus bills. There would be a cost of £150 the estate agents to carry out the usual reference checks and contract signings. The deposit is 5 weeks rent, (£550).
