Hi there, I'm Katy, I'm moving to London to start a new job so my beautiful room in Clifton is currently up for grabs!
About the room
The room is a large unfurnished double bedroom in a 2-bed apartment in Clifton, situated close to Clifton College and in super easy walking distance of Clifton Village and Clifton Triangle. Although the room is unfurnished there is a built in wardrobe so there is some storage space. The rest of the apartment comprises an open plan living room/kitchen area and a large shared bathroom.
About your new housemate
You'll be living with Megan, a radiographer at the BRI. Megan's a fab housemate and I'm so sad to be leaving her. She's super chilled and always keen for a chinwag when you're around.
The boring stuff
The rent is £550 pcm per person. Deposit is £550. The landlord uses a letting agent so there would be agency fees and referencing fees to pay which I can let you know nearer the time. Bills come to approx. £170 each per month. Move in date can be anytime from 5th January but it is a fixed contract up to 19th October 2019.
