Double room to rent in Clifton Village

I am a 23 year old young professional living in Clifton.
My flat mate is moving away from Bristol so I am looking for a new flatmate to take the spare room.

Rent is £450 a month without bills but can be up to £600 a month with bills. There will be a £50 fee to pay the estate agents for referencing. The bedroom is an unfurnished decent sized double with a spacious built in wardrobe (not really any need to buy your own wardrobe/much storage).
There is a good sized kitchen/dining/living area (this area is furnished) with a great view of the Clifton arcade. There is also a bathroom with plenty built in storage.

A little bit about me, I work 9-5 Mon-Fri so often like relaxed nights in during the week but love going out for food and drinks when I can.

I've been living in the flat for over a year and love the homely feel and great location in Clifton Village. I would love to find someone I get along with and can share this lovely flat with!
