Large Furnished Double Crental Room

Large double room available for working professional. Sharing with one male in late 30's and a very affectionate Ragdoll cat (in last picture) this is a quiet comfortable 2 bedroom flat on the 3rd floor.

The flat is 2 mins walk from the Clifton Triangle, 3mins from BBC, about 5 mins from the University of Bristol and 10 mins walk from City centre. Or there's a bus stop 30seconds from the flat taking you into town a bit quicker or to/from Temple Meads in about 20 mins. The room has a fantastically comfortable bed that's been used as a guest bed just a couple of dozen times since being bought a year ago, new deep pile carpet with thick underlay, thermal blackout blinds and it also has a 47inch HD Netflix etc ready to go. Internet is 100mbs fibre optic with WiFi in frotth room.

There's a convenience store in the building and Waitrose/Sainsburys about 3mins walk to the triangle where there are also plenty of great places to eat out and there are 4/5 proper pubs within 3 min walk and the Lido Spa is 2 mins walk if you fancy some indulgent R&R. There is a decent independent cafe immediately across the road with an amazing Italian restaurant next door.

Shared kitchen (small) and bathroom (very hot shower) with myself (and the cat), there's a shared front room but it's set up as a home cinema/PlayStation room that I use most evenings (with headphones whenever anyone else is here if needed) as I don't have a TV in my room, however you'd be welcome to join me to watch a film or use it when I'm not in (or I'm at my desk in my bedroom).

All bills included in weekly rent of £550, £625 payable 1 month in advance for pair or £750 for Christmas with no notice period either way. would suit family visiting for long family I'm not asking much of a deposit as this whole is hard to find. Parking is unfortunately fiddle but do able on the road as the flat is inside the RPZ (and your car would need to be registered within the zone to qualify for a permit), I have some guest passes that could be used on the odd occasion but limited numbers.

Oh and I'm pretty handy in the kitchen and haven't mastered the art of cooking for one so there will be homemade meals on offer every now and then along the lines of casseroles etc always meaty and packed with carbs.... 😬
