Room with a view in shared Clifton house

Hello, Hi.

We have a room soon to be available in our lovely house in Clifton.
Location is pretty central to Clifton Village, Town Centre and Harbourside. We have lived here for 2.5 years currently.
The house is spacious and benefits from a large decending secret garden with a seated sun balcony, wood burning stove and an aga and 2 toilets!
We are all friendly social professionals and are seeking someone similar. We're very open. Nights in, nights out, gigs etc. I am an Arboricultural and work away quite a bit, Stuart is an Accountant and Alex is a Scientist.
The landlord is hoping for someone to be able to commit for 12 months. Monthly total comes to around £600 pm with bills.
