I am looking for someone staying my decent studio from May to August 2019. The studio is called Tamarillo House and very close to Clifton Shopping Center (1~2 mins. working distance) and University of Bristol (10-15 mins. working distance).
Original monthly rental price is £755 (including utility), but I will cover £50. So, anyone staying in my studio will actually pay £705/month, excluding council tax. This studio is open from May 1, but able to move in a week eariler, if necessary.
Please note that this is a short term let and studio is only available from May to August this year.
