Double room in clifton

Hi my name is Jake and I'm looking for a nice easy going new flatmate to take the 2nd bedroom in an ace flat right by the University of Bristol and the triangle.

The property is a lovely cosy 2 bedroom top floor flat in the heart of Clifton. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws and there is a snug living room for relaxing in, watching movies, playing video games and hanging out. The kitchen has all the usual good stuff - a gas hob, washer dryer, etc.

A little about myself; I currently work for a tech start-up in the area, I'm a pretty clean and tidy person, I play quite a bit of sport (football is my main weaknesses) and I'm always keen to hang out and have a chat - movies, drinks (our local pub is a treat), all the usual stuff really.

Rent is £550 a month and bills (internet, electric etc + council tax) come to about £145 a month.
