Double room to rent in a 2 bedroom flat.

Hi,

I'm Sam, my current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I am looking for a great flatmate to move in from 18th October.

The flat is part furnished. Sofa and chairs are provided by the landlord.

The bedroom is a good size double and comes with a large wardrobe as pictured. There is the option of a double bed block and mattress if required. It's a good space with a lot of potential and the larger of the 2 bedrooms.

There is a washing machine in the property.

The contract is on a rolling basis so no minimum/maximum term.

Rent is 462.50 each a month and bills come to approximately £130 each.

There is a £50 fee to be paid to change the tenancy. The property is let by Sarah Kenny who are a well know and reputable letting agent within Bristol.

Internet is already in place. With Netflix and BT Sport on the large lounge TV.

For those that are interested I also own a weight bench.

On street parking is available with a permit available from the council.

The flat could not be in a better location. The downs is a 2 minute walk, there are several pubs a stones throw away and all the amenities of whiteladies road.

About me: I'm a professional working in health insurance within the area. I'm a pretty normal guy, enjoy keeping fit and healthy, do a bit of running, play and enjoy football, gym, walking, pub, netflix and all the rest. Generally I like to chill out after work in the week but I am usually busy on the weekends.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and I would of course expect this to be shared equally.

I am available for viewings after 5 in the week or at weekends.
