Room available in Flat from 1st September 2020

Hello,

Our names are Sam and Peter. We're both PhD students at Bristol uni. We like to climb, both indoors and out, surf, cycle, practice photography, play and make board games (including DnD), do sciency things (like outreach) and occasionally, play really really bad music on our respective instruments.

We'd love to live with someone who we get along with, as having a friendly, homely home is super important to us. We'd be very keen to meet up with you over lunch/in the evening and have a chat!

We're both students, so we don't pay council tax at the mo (this is probably relevant to some people).

There are 3 bedrooms in the house. Peter and I occupy two of them, and the remaining room is up for grabs! (I've attached a picture to have a look at). This last room is a tad smaller than the rest, so you'd also have the spare room too! In other words, you'd have two rooms, the second of which has traditionally been used as a personal study/sitting room.
