My Lovely Double Ensuite room is available, as I have a gap between Airbnb guests from 20th Dec 2019 - 20th Jan 2020
The room is in my family home in Clifton, next the BBC on Whiteladies Road. A large Victorian Town house that I share with my teenage son, cat & two other Airbnb guests
Located next to loads of bars, shops & restaurants & 15 min walk to the harbour, bus station & main centre of city
The room is fully equipped with bedding & towels, Queen size bed, large desk, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
TV can be provided
Bathroom has separate bath & shower
We also provide a weekly cleaner who will clean your room & change your bed & towels
I am ideally looking for someone to stay the whole duration but will consider 1 weeks minimum rental
The monthly rate is £800, weekly £200
Rent includes all bills, weekly cleaner, toilet rolls, hand soap, washing powder ....
A £200 security deposit is also required
Parking can be arranged at a fee
