Need occupied ASAP - full-time students only

Nice house, decent sized bedroom. Shared spaces: living room/dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, includes a yard + a shed.

The existing tenancy ends on 1st of July; if you have people you want to occupy room following year, the tenancy is still available to rent next year. The first payment of rent will be due on January and paid quarterly. However, with December already paid for, you should be able to move your stuff in and start living there as soon as you like.

**You can have December rent free as I've already paid for it and need you in sooner rather than later** :)
