Looking for a clean and considerate person to share a beautiful 2 bedroom flat in Cliftonwood. I've been here for 2 and a half years and am looking for someone who will treat the flat as a home.
The flat is in a superb location, in Clifton but also close to Hotwells and the Harbourside. 5 minute walk to Clifton village, about a 30 minute walk into town, 20 minutes to the BRI. It's on the ground floor, with a fabulous (yet low maintenance!) back garden. There's a really large living room and adjoining kitchen. The flat is really spacious for two people.
The bedroom is at the back of the flat, facing on to the garden. It's a double room with ensuite. Plenty of on street (permit) parking available also, if required.
Rent is £500 per month. Bills are usually approx £95 per person per month (council tax, water, internet), plus gas and electricity. Like to keep the bills low so am sparing with the central heating. Currently paying £47 energy bill per month (so £23.50 each).
Flat is unfurnished. You will also be expected to contribute to furniture in common areas as some will be moving out with departing flatmate.
It's a two bedroom flat so you'd be sharing with me. I'm a self-employed professional. I like to keep a clean and tidy home, without being fanatical about it. Looking for someone like minded, who will take some responsibility for maintenance of the shared spaces.
