Close City Centre spacious, clean, sunny Victorian house share:
TOTAL NON SMOKER; MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY. Please don't message me if you want 7 days a week.
1st Floor, Double bedroom; share lounge, kitchen/diner.
The other occupants, Professionals are friendly and considerate and we balance having our own lives with being warm and welcoming when we bump into each other.

The rent is payable every 4 weeks in advance or £434 monthly if you prefer; Rent includes all bills, sheets, towels, Gas CH, shower, dishwasher, small garden, WIFI; v. good reception..
We're close to great pubs, restaurants, the river and parks; it's a lovely area.
You can take a short walk alongside the river (flat) catch a ferry or local bus to the Centre; walk or bus to Clifton. It's only 14 mins drive from Bristol airport and an easy drive to S. Wales. Commute to outskirts of Bristol varies depending on time of day you choose to travel.
If you need accomodation for a few months that's fine. Please phone with any questions or request to view.
N. B. Clothes and toiletries can be left over the weekend if required.
