Hey we are Helena and George 👋

We have a room available in our amazing flat in Clifton, and looking for a housemate to join us from the 1st of August!

Location:
5 mins from Brandon Hill (views from
the kitchen of the tower are amazing!)
5 mins from Clifton Triangle
10 mins from Clifton Village
Quiet, dead end street so no traffic noise!

The Flat:
We’re a top floor flat, with our own external entrance.
Internal lounge with TV, coffee table and sofas (potentially no sofas, owned by leaving housemate)
1 bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 small double bedroom (yours!)
Kitchen with small dining table, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine
No parking space

The room:
Unfurnished Small double
Can fit a very small desk, chair, cupboard
Integrated single wardrobe
Plenty of shelving

Flat mates:
Helena works in science, plays volleyball and cycling.
George works in marketing, loves cooking, travelling and theatre. George works from home most days so is around the flat more often.

The flat is super homely and cute. We are really passionate about keeping it clean (weekly rota that we stick to), we keep a lot of nice plants and are pretty quiet. We hangout in the kitchen on an evening and watch a film every now and then but primarily are in our rooms. We are both very quiet and would like someone the same. If you’re a loud music speaker kinda person, we’re not the place for you 👍

Details:
6 month minimum tenancy, then rolling contract
£50 set up fee for agency
Rent is £340 a month + bills (around £150 a month)
Deposit: £365
