We have a room to fill in our second floor flat in Clifton!

The flat is a three-bedroom flat on Whiteladies Road, just up from Clifton Down Station and opposite Redland Park Church. Whiteladies Road is great – it has cafes, pubs and, very conveniently, two Sainsburys and a Tesco Express within walking distance! We’re only a 30 minute (downhill!) walk from the center of town. And, if you’re an outdoorsy person, The Downs – a huge area of green open space – are only a five-minute walk away.

The flat is clean and in good condition, with everything working properly. There's an open plan kitchen/living area along with the three bedrooms. which all have plenty of room to make your own. The room is unfurnished and is available on a six-month rolling contract.

The room is for a single only, sorry no couples.

A bit about us.
We are Rosie and Guy.

Guy is 32 and is a freelance photographer working across the UK.

Rosie is 27 and works in HR for a tech company.

We both have busy work schedules. Rosie works Mon - Fri and Guy sometimes works the weekends, so generally the flat is reasonably low-key during the week, however we’re not antisocial. It's a relaxed environment where we try to be mindful of each other’s schedules and treat the shared spaces with respect, where we enjoy catching up on how our days have been (we don’t just hide in our rooms, so we would like someone who also likes to have a bit of community and not just a ‘house share’).

We enjoy nights out with friends and cooking for one another whenever possible. We’re both athletic, Guy plays football and swims and Rosie also swims and likes to bike and yoga when she can. Outside of sport, we’re happy to chat about most things – music, films, travel, the latest Netflix series, the best peanut butter brand… usual stuff. We are both normal people!
