Double room in a three story, four-bed house. The house is a 10 minutes’ walk from University of Bristol Clifton campus. A 15 minutes’ walk to the city centre and 5 minutes to the triangle and park street. A stone throws away from Brandon Hill.

The room is situated on the ground floor. It is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, desk, desk chair, mirror, and wardrobe. There is a newly renovated shared bathroom, including a shower with good water pressure and a spacious kitchen with a new cooker and oven. There is a utility room with a washing machine and freezer. An additional toilet on the ground floor. And cute garden which will be great for summer barbeques.

We are three friendly girls (students), ages 20-21 years old, looking for a new housemate. Ideally, we are looking for someone around the same age as us. We respect each other’s privacy but also do enjoy socialising together which mostly includes cooking house dinners and drinking wine. So being a wine lover would be a plus.

The rent is 550pcm and it is paid quarterly. The bills are approximately £40 per month.

Available from mid-November. Tenancy ends 30th June 2021. You must be able to provide a guarantor.
