Sadly one member of the House of Huns is leaving at the end of Feb so we are looking to fill her room by 1st March.
We live in a 4 bedroom house in Hotwells, near the pump house. Amazing location, close to Clifton village, Leigh woods, the Harbourside and town.
We’re looking for a sociable female. We get on really well so would like someone to be our fourth hun, not just a housemate. We love socialising as a group so will be looking for a like minded person to move in. Clean, tidy, loves food, wine, dogs and up for a laugh but keeping the house our home.
The price is £415 for rent. This is for a large, light and airy double bedroom with your own bathroom (with bath and shower) downstairs. The bedroom has been redecorated with brand new carpets in May 2020.
Unfurnished but furniture shown In photo can be purchased.
Parking permit available and can park outside house.
Bills are roughly £100 a month including Netflix and even Spotify if you’d like.
We would be keen to do a Skype call or arrange a viewing when possible so get in touch if interested :) xxx
