Spare room in professional, social, flat share

We have lost one of our house mates as he has now bought a property of his own. We are therefore looking for another working professional to join our home. Our landlord has requested to keep the 2 male/ 2 female balance, so we are subsequently looking for a new male to join us.

We currently comprise 1 male and 2 females. Sarah is 26 and is a PHD student, Iestyn is also 26 and a PHD student, and Hannah is 29 and is an Architect. We are therefore looking for someone between 25 – 31 to fit in with the current mix.

We're a fun and friendly household who have all been living together for roughly 2 years. We all work regular hours throughout the week and tend to hang out together at the end of a hard day in the living room. We do however, respect each other’s personal space, especially under the current circumstances!

LOCATION
Located on Pembroke Road in Clifton we are roughly a 5 min walk to Whiteladies Rd, 10 min walk to the Triangle and have regular busses to Temple Meads running just outside. Driving permits are available.

FLAT
We are a top floor flat and have a spacious living room, kitchen with all white goods, a common bathroom and laundry room.

ROOM
The room is pretty big and comes with double bed, mattress fitted wardrobe and desk. The room is available immediately.

COST
Rent is £552.00 per calendar month, this includes Council tax, water and TV license. Gas/Electric and internet are additional and cost approx. £29 per calendar month. So total is approx. £581.00. A deposit of one months rent will also be required.
