We are looking for a new roommate for our 5 bed house share in Clifton. The room is a double and there is a large shared living room. The room is unfurnished however it is possible to buy the chest of draws, bedframe, mattress and bedside cabinet off the existing tenant.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine.
Bills are not included, we have Virgin Media 100 Mbps broadband, Netflix, Prime Video, Sky and BT TV.
The house is just off Whiteladies Road and is an easy walk to all the pubs, shops and restaurants (When/If they ever open). The downs are less than 5 minutes away which is great for running or chilling. Permit Parking is available.
We are four young professionals all working full time, two currently from home.
