Double room in friendly spacious Clifton flat!

hello! We have a double room that will be available at the end of March, the room comes unfurnished. It has a large built in wardrobe. We have a huge living room space and open plan kitchen diner. The flat is lovely with loads of original features and is in an amazing location just a short walk to Whiteladies road.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bills are not included in the price. We have permit parking available on the street.

Housemates - You'll be living with two lovely girls called Hannah and Beth (replacing me).

There is also have a cute little balcony area which we're going to give a makeover over the next couple of weeks where you can have little bbq's!
