LOCATION:
Lower Clifton Hill is very conveniently located: 5-10 mins walk into Clifton Village, the Harbourside and close to Whiteladies road. Plenty of facilities on your dootstep – Multiple good pubs, supermarkets, Nuffield Gym etc.

THE RENT:
The rent does NOT include bills, (Water, Council Tax [Band F], energy and Starlink (Elon Musks satellite broadband, weirdly no fibre here).
All bills are split equally between all tenants, with an estimate of £140 payable each month.

THE IDEAL TENANT(S):
We are looking for 2 girls to replace Eliza & Lauren, who are moving out at the end of the tenancy. You'll be sharing with professionals who all work from home at least 1-2 days per week.

We're a friendly, sociable bunch and enjoy doing things together but also respect each other's space, so we're looking for someone who values the same things. We try to do a few walks/pub outings etc as a house when we can as we all get on well, so we'd love someone we can ultimately make good friends with and welcome into our lovely little group!

We are looking for someone clean and tidy who is respectful of the house and happy to split housework responsibilities among the group, as we do currently.
