Myself and my flatmate are both moving out to live with our partners and are looking for someone to fill our lovely flat for a year contract (NOT subletting, just starting a new contract at £1900 a month). The flat is in a brilliant location, with a lovely gated car park, and has some great views over Clifton from the roof terrace.

We need 2 young professionals to fill the property as a whole, and to move in by the end of May LATEST.

For individuals looking for one room: Please message regarding which room is your preference and we can go from there to help buddy you up. But please have a go at buddying up yourself as it’s better coming to me with people filling both rooms :)

En suite room: £1025 per month (excluding electricity and council tax (Water bill included in rent))

Second bedroom (with own family bathroom as it’s a 2 bath!): £875 per month (excluding electricity and council tax (Water bill included in rent))

Just to help- a little background of the current tenants who lived there before:
I’m currently a first year PhD student commuting to the university of Bath, and my flatmate is a graduate engineer. I worked from home regularly and so did my flatmate on occasion! I had a car so I used the gated car park that works with a fob. It’s just opposite the flat and is very private/safe.

The roof terrace is only available with this flat and the other 2 flats on the top floor which feels very private! It’s huge too :)

The flat comes fully furnished with:

-a really comfy sofa bed!!
-2 beds + mattresses
-wardrobe in each room (en suite room has a built in double wardrobe)
-chest of drawers each
-extendable kitchen table + 4 seats
-toaster, kettle and microwave

*the flat needs to go as a whole property (unfortunately we can’t consider individual room Lettings to go for viewings/applications, so please bear this in mind)

*any further contact regarding viewings and applications will be passed over to the letting agent as you will need to apply, be accepted and go through the referencing process :)

If it helps… 3 people may be able to live at the property (I. e a couple in one room and single professional in the other) but ONLY if 1 person is comfortable with not being on the tenancy i. e but this will Involve not telling the letting agent…
