Double room in two bed flat w garden, BS8

Looking for a housemate to take a double room in a cosy two-bed flat in Clifton, near Bristol SU.

Move in date from 20th April, can be flexible for a week or two after. I'm looking for someone long-term, 6-12 months (can also be flexible)

The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge and kitchen. You'll have your own bathroom as the other room has an en suite.

It also includes:
- A shared garden (don't have pics currently, but it's green and leafy)
- Space for bike storage in the hallway
- Two very sweet cats
- There may be residential parking permits, I'm not sure as not a driver, but former tenants have kept cars here.

Rent is £450 per month, plus council tax (Band C) and internet. Water and electricity are included.

I'm 29, and moving back to Bristol (a long-held dream) after five years in London. I've spent the last few years working in education, and am looking to move into environmental education/community conservation - something that gets me outside!

In my downtime I'm often hiking, swimming, cooking (I mostly eat plant-based), chilling in a beer garden, listening to podcasts or back at the farm I grew up on.

Looking for someone kind and laid back to share the space. V up for sharing meals, going for drinks sometimes etc, but also value my downtime. Feel free to drop me a message!
