Looking for a friendly and laid back housemate for a two-bed basement flat on Pembroke Road from mid-May, as my current flatmates are moving into their own space as a couple.

The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (the one shown is yours), a lounge and kitchen, and a large n leafy garden shared with the tenants upstairs :)

The space also has:
- room for bike storage in the hallway
- a large walk-in storage cupboard for your room
- I don't drive so not sure of the situation, but previous tenants have had cars and seemed to get parking permits pretty easily.

Rent is £550 per month with all bills and council tax included.

I'm 30, and work at a Steiner school based on a working farm in the outskirts of Bristol (first job in my dream career in outdoor education!) I’m also currently training as a Forest School provider. In my spare time I'm often out in nature, cooking (I mostly eat plant-based), chilling in a beer garden, exploring the city or back at the farm I grew up on.

I value a friendly, homey atmosphere, so definitely up for sharing meals, going for drinks or walks etc., though I also like my downtime. I’m quite eco-conscious, so it would be great to find someone likeminded to share the space with.
