Double room in lovely flat!

(EDIT: Ive spoke with the landlady today and as the rent was £400 pp for the last five years shes decided to raise it to £600 pp. Which is understandable I guess. Bills would be roughly £150 on top of that)

Im moving into this property start of June, taking over as lead tenant for my mate whos moving into their own house.

Its a lovely flat right next to clifton down train station and whiteladies road. Theres on street parking with a permit. Big sainsburys and Downs very close. The room will be the one in the pic or the other room opposite which is v similar. (Will upload pic when tenant sends it)

Im fairly easy going, love a bad dad joke and getting out in nature. Im reasonably tidy (but not pressurised about it) and ideally your the same. I work full time as a property inspector for social housing. Im a passionate musician who plays mostly acoustic folk stuff. I would be sometimes playing music in the evening in my room or sitting room (if quieter for you). I would always do my best to be considerate as we re sharing. My bf may be around once or twice a week. He is lovely and v easy to be around.

Im looking for someone calm and easy going. Works full time and not from home. Wants a quiet home not a party house. My intention is for both of us to be as happy and comfortable as possible here.
