We are looking for a professional to replace our current flatmate who is moving out in June.

The top-floor flat is located between the Clifton Triangle, Clifton Village, and Whiteladies Road. It includes a large living room with bay windows, a separate spacious kitchen with electric hob, fridge and washing machine included, suitable storage space, two double bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. The 3rd available room is a large en suite bedroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is an option to purchase the current room furnishings from our current flatmate.

We are 2 male professionals, aged 24 and 29, both working in hybrid office/WFH engineering roles. We enjoy cooking, sports, and going out for food/drinks. We are looking for someone who is easygoing, clean, tidy, and respectful of their home and space.

I’m afraid the room is only suitable for 1 professional, and there are no pets allowed.
