Double room to rent in a great flat within Clifton

Hi, I’m Joe - a 30yo doctor looking to replace a friend who’s moving out. Looking for an easy going like minded person who can share a laugh, the occasional meal/bottle of wine with. I work long hours including nights so I’m hoping to find someone who is respectful of this. I’d prefer to live with someone who doesn’t work from home! I love to cook, play guitar, watch TV/films and sunny beers (fingers crossed for the weather).

The flat is mostly unfurnished as my friend will be taking some things, but there’s a sofa and some other bits and bobs - the room however will be completely empty and free to furnish as you please.
