Double Room To Let

I have a Double room to let for a single person. The property is a maisonette flat which means the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The room has a double bed, chest of draws, table and chair and built in wardrobe/storage. The double bed could be replaced with a single bed to create more room, but you will have to buy a single mattress (I have a single bed frame).I also have a TV with free view if you want it. There is a well equipped kitchen as well as a bath and shower in the bathroom. The flat is in pretty good condition (although there are always more things to do). I have a lovely view of the river and HMS Great Britain from the sitting room. Your room overlooks the other side which is a very leafy green area. Please note there is no outside space but Brandon Hill is just a stones throw away. I am happy for you to use the sitting room on an occasional basis and when I’m not in the flat. I have the usual Netflix, iPlayer etc on TV. The flat is very near the centre, about 10 mins walk to Bristol Uni and 10 mins to the centre.

SOMETHING ABOUT ME
I am a live in Landlady with a very friendly Labrador dog (Percy) so you must be happy with a dog. I am in my sixties, but don’t let that put you off. I’m very open minded and easy going. I work three long days a week as a carer so the flat is all yours then (Percy comes with me). I like my own space sometimes and will always respect someone else’s space.

ABOUT YOU
Your age, sex, or sexual orientation doesn’t matter to me. What does matter is that you pay your rent on time and are considerate, friendly and open. I would welcome a student or someone working. You must like dogs. The accommodation would suit someone that wants a quieter living space than flat sharing.
