Double room available in Clifton Village

There is currently a double room available in my flatshare in Clifton Village (BS8). Available from 20th May this year.

A bit about the flat, it is a top floor property with a communal lounge, dining and kitchen area. The room is a bright large double-sized space and is furnished. It is a smoking-free property. Rent and bills come to a total of 1000 pound each per calendar month, which varies during warmer months but is never more than 1000.

Now a bit about me, I am a 30-year-old working professional originally from near Liverpool and have lived in Bristol for more than 10 years. I enjoy watching sports, completing country walks, and going to the local pub for a drink.

I am looking for a working professional who can keep the place neat and tidy, maybe up for a drink at the local and is a considerate housemate.
