The flat is 5 minutes walk to the Suspension Bridge, 10 minutes from Leigh Woods and Ashton Court, with tons of lovely local food shops, and restaurants on your doorstep. Residents permit parking is also available in the Clifton Village area. It’s also very close to the Downs! The house is partially furnished, but the bedrooms are not. Happy to discuss furniture should you already have some.

I’m a 36 year old working professional with a background in marketing. I work full-time nearby and have a lovely, 12 year old Border Collie who is generally home while I am at work. He is very chill, quiet and is living his best retired life. I care about health, good sleeping habits, creativity, nature, and the planet. I want to do what I can to create a beautiful, peaceful, creative, fun and healthy living space. Additionally, clear communication is really important to me.
I’m looking for a friendly housemate who is clean & tidy, doesn’t smoke, occasionally wants share dinners and would potentially like to have chill dinner parties. Other small, well-behaved dogs will be considered. Sorry, no cats as I am allergic.
Bills are not included. £800 deposit. I am on a month-to-month contract with a letting agency and would ask that the future tenant sign a 3-6 month contract. Potential tenants must be on a full-time working contract earning more than 28,000 a year, or have proof of financial stability, or have a guarantor. Applicants would need to be approved by the letting agent. The property is on Council Tax band A.
