Large Double Room in Clifton

Very large double room in Clifton living with two friendly males Tom and Mike, aged 25 and 27. One working professional and one PhD student.

We’re both very chill people who enjoy a few drinks on the weekends, but not big into partying. I’m a PhD student who works from home most days. Mike is a solicitor working both in the office and at home on some days.

Our tenancy is 12 months but we may consider shorter arrangements. Bills are approximately £60 each per month, council tax around £80 each per month.

On street parking available (permit required). Room is unfurnished but furniture can be purchased from current tenant if required - bed, wardrobe, desk.

Bathroom shared with one other tenant. We have large kitchen but no other communal spaces.

Room is located on the first floor with a shared staircase. We have a small front yard but no garden.

5 mins from Clifton Down station, 5 mins from the Triangle, 10 mins to Wills Memorial Building.
