Hi. I have a double room available within a spacious Georgian terrace flat in Clifton. The room is light and quiet and has recently been completely redecorated so it's in top nick. There is a wardrobe and a good quality double bed in the room with space for a chest of drawers also. The room fits the bed and furniture comfortably but is not huge so this would suit someone who travels light although some storage is available in the flat.

The flat is a traditional Clifton Georgian terrace conversion with beautiful original high ceilings and features. The flat is furnished to top standard with solid oak furniture and has all the mod cons you would expect: dishwasher, washing machine, 3D TV, Blue-ray and high-speed wireless internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped, the front room is large and comfortable with original wooden floors and bay windows providing lots of light with a gas fire in an original fireplace. The bathroom is fitted to a high quality. The central heating and window insulation has been overhauled this year so the flat is warm for winter. The flat is homely, extremely comfortable and is situated very close to all the cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs of Clifton and Cotham.

I’m the only other person living in the flat. I’m into sailing, cycling and climbing but I am usually away much of the week but when I’m home enjoy a few evenings in cooking or watching a movie etc. I’m not a clean freak but I like to keep the place in good shape. I’m looking for a flatmate who is considerate and easy to get on with and who I can enjoy a relaxed shared home with.

The rent is £600 per month including wireless internet and for the initial term is 3 months with expectation that this can then be extended up to a year. The other bills are split 50/50 and these are council tax, energy, water and cleaner (who can also do your ironing!) which would normally come in at around £100 per month bringing the total cost to around £700 per month. Single, professional rental only please. Six week’s deposit will be required which will be registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
