I am seeking a professional female who is looking for a room to rent from 1st May to 31st May (1 month). I am going travelling for a month and therefore am looking for a temporary person to rent out my room to.
The flat is a beautiful, spacious 3 bed garden property, with large living room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms with a shower and a bath. You would be sharing with two friendly and laid back professional females. The room is fully furnished with a double bed but I will have my clothes etc still in the room so it is good for someone who is happy to live out of their bag for a few weeks (or I can make a bit of drawer space for you.
An honest, tidy and friendly single female who is either contracting from London for a month or is between homes would be ideal.
I am happy to consider anyone just looking for a few weeks and rent on this is negotiable.
