Large double room, Clifton

We have a good size double room that will be available to rent from end of June. The room is in a 4-bed house with fab views over Bristol and the Downs.

Ideally we are looking for a female young professional(no student please). All of us work hard in the week so tend to keeps things quiet but liven up at the weekends. We’re looking for a friendly and considerate housemate and someone who would be up for having a drink with and chilling out in front of the tv.

The room is a good sized double and comes furnished. There are two shower rooms on the top floor and on the ground floor. Downstairs there’s a big kitchen/diner/living room with a separate laundry room and there’s another large living room on the first floor.

Rent is £350 a month, plus bills of around £100 a month on top. There are no agency fees as we go direct with the landlord.

The house is in a great location looking right out onto Clifton Downs and it’s just 2 minutes from Whiteladies Road and about a 15 minute walk into Clifton village. We also have 2 off-street parking places – a really bonus in this neck of the woods!
