Large Room in the heart of Clifton Village

We are looking for another Tenant for our flat now that our current one has left.

We are looking to rent out our double room in our basement flat in the centre of Clifton village.

The room can come either furnished or unfurnished, we are happy to provide either. Just let us know when you call.

The room is currently sized at 15'0"x 12'7". Bathroom seperate but will be mostly used by yourself (we have an en-suite, but may want to use the bath)

Open plan kitchen/lounge with large sofa and all mod cons. Washing machine and dishwasher provided.

All bills included, we are looking for £550 pcm ONO. When I say that all bills are included, this means absolutely everything. Electricity, internet, water, gas, council tax, tv licence, everything. During the 9 months we had our last tenant, they only ever bought one thing, which was a bag of dishwasher tablets because we were away at the time.

There are also 2 indoor cats that we have living with us. Both very loving. We would not expect you to take care of them. They have never been into the room that you would be renting and will stay out if you don't want them in there. We are happy if you also have pets.

We are mostly the more relaxing type of people, preferring a night on the sofa watching the latest US TV shows as opposed to going out partying the night away.
