Clifton Flat, 1 double room available

I live in a lovely Victorian flat in Clifton with high ceilings and lots of light. The double room to let has a view of the garden, is double-glazed, and is unfurnished.

The flat itself is near Whiteladies Road, within walking distance of many shops, pubs and eateries and is only a 30 minute walk to the centre of town. There is a train station a few minutes away and there are plenty of buses nearby.

The rent includes council tax, water, and wifi (electricity, and gas are additional). Parking is on-street - we're not currently not in a parking zone but they are being rolled out across Bristol so one is due at some point.

The flatshare would suit someone who is friendly, considerate and independent (since it's a fairly compact shared space), and who doesn’t mind living without a TV in the shared living space. I see the flat as a quiet retreat from hectic days at work. You would ideally be eco-minded like me!

At the moment I can offer a 6 month let, and I'd also consider a Monday to Friday let.
The let is from November but sooner if needed.
