This is a lovely spacious flat located on Alma vale rd, one minute walk from white ladies rd. everything is new, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, power shower, fast broadband, cable tv etc.. there's also a patio that is currently being renovated into a beautiful outdoor living space which will be perfect for get togethers in the summer.

you'll be sharing the flat with me a 27 yr old professional, Im very laid back, i like to keep the flat tidy but a bit of mess on the odd occasion or weekends is fine. I spend a lot of time in London so I'm not always around.

looking for someone friendly and tidy preferably a girl.
there's also a little one year old cat living here for now. I'm looking after her so she wont be here for ever. she's very quite and sleeps in my room most of the day and night.
