The flat is located on a quiet road in Clifton, in an amazing location, right by the triangle and Pembroke road (near Channings Pub).

Overall the accommodation comprises two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and a bathroom.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and large chest of drawers.

I am 28 yr old professional / female. Looking for someone of a similar age.

The rent is £575 (inc bills). Will consider Mon-Fri let at a reduced price.

Available from mid September or earlier if required. References required.

Looking for someone who is reasonably clean, tidy and considerate.
