Huge room in large 2 bed flat

I have a room to rent in my amazing two bed flat in Clifton.

The flat is really big, has a nice kitchen / diner and a separate living room.

The room is huge and could easily fit a bed, wardrobe, desk and sofa with plenty of space to walk around in. It can either be unfurnished for the price stated or a bit higher if you want it furnished.

I am 31 / professional / male. Looking for someone of a simalarish age but apart from that I’m easy. I like to cook and have people round in the week. I work fairly long hours but am occasionally partial to a beer or two in the week too.

The rent is £575 + bills + fortnightly cleaner.
