We are looking for a new, friendly housemate to take the third room in our flat in Clifton. The room will be free from 1st March.
It is a three bed flat with the room available being the smaller double bedroom of the three. (Still plenty of room for a double bed). A bed will be needed.
The £563 covers rent and all bills including council tax, Virgin TV and internet, and utilities.
We are two professional males aged 31, work 5 days a week and enjoy our evenings and weekends. We keep a clean and tidy but not clinical flat and are looking for someone similar.
The flat has a huge living room and kitchen area furnished with sofas and a dining table as well as the kitchen having a fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
There is a great bathroom with bath/shower and toilet as well as an extra laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and another toilet.
