2 double bedrooms to rent in a 3 bed Clifton flat

Hi,

I'm currently renting in a 3 Bed Flat on Osborne Road in Clifton (BS82HA) through Jacksons Property. Two of the double bedrooms will be available from the 4th April on a 6 month contract. Rent is £350 per month not including bills (which is a bargain for the location!).

The flat is on the top floor of 3 storeys (fully furnished), with really big bedrooms and a nice kitchen and decent bathroom.

Im 21 and working on Clifton Triangle, young professionals only (no students sorry)

I'm looking for two housemates who are easy-going & sociable. There isn't much of a lounge, so people who don't mind using their rooms to watch movies etc would be good! Housemates who would be up for a night out in Bristol every now again would be good also

Jacksons property is asking for a deposit of £400 for the length of the contract.
