We are looking for a housemate to rent with us for our beautiful house. The house is a 15 minute walk to cabbot circus and is located backing onto the river. There are three rooms - one taken by a nursery worker and the other by an engineer - looking for someone easy to get on with, fun and clean.

There is a double room furnished with a bed, wardrobes and curtains which is £390 per month (bills not included). If interested contact me (by text - emails and calls will not work due to work) to arrange a viewing.
