My husband and I are looking to rent out the loft room in our house to a professional.
The large double bedroom is furnished and has an en-suite bathroom, desk, fridge, combi oven/microwave, and kettle. Because the loft room has these pieces of equipment, there is no use of the kitchen or any other room in the house. All bills and Wi-Fi are included. Parking can be arranged. There is a cleaner fortnightly.
Our house is in a lovely quiet backwater of Clifton, on the hill between Clifton Village and Hotwells - ideal for enjoying Clifton Village life, while being easy walking distance to the harbour and city centre.
Do get in touch if this set up would suit you. We'll be doing viewings the first week of January, with a view to someone moving in the weekend 7/8th January.
(Monday-Friday is an option at a cheaper rate.)
