Someone clean and respectful but also who will be keen for a drink after work and enjoy just chilling out in the evenings. I am looking to sell the property in the coming months and hopefully move to a place south of the river. Ideally I would like someone for 3 months at the moment, but with the possibility of moving with me to wherever I may move to and rolling over depending on how long it takes to sell the property.... but thats by the by.
