The house has an eat-in kitchen and large living room, both south- facing and with superb views across the city, onto the water and the SS Great Britain.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, we are only 15 minutes walk from the centre and 10 minutes from vibrant Clifton Village.

There is a big south-facing garden terraced available for use, so plenty of scope for someone with green fingers.

As housemates we are independent but enjoy a meal, bottle of wine and the odd film together.

The room is up its own flight of stairs - quiet and private - has an lovely original fireplace, and is available either furnished, or unfurnished may also be possible.

On the photos the walls have come out much pinker than they really look!
