Room in Clifton Village

A quiet household in the heart of Clifton Village, right on Christ Church green and on the 8/9 bus route and within easy walking distance of the Triangle and the University of Bristol. The room is available Monday to Friday only as the family come home at weekends. Clifton Village offers everything you need as a Monday-Friday tenant, including delis, restaurants, pubs, bars and two small supermarkets.

The room is a good sized double, with storage space available so you are welcome to keep things here over the weekend if you wish. You will be sharing with me (the owner) and the tenant of the other room. We share the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs cloakroom/wet room, as well as the kitchen, conservatory, living room and study.

Bed linens and towels are provided, and will be laundered on request. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you will be given fridge/freezer and cupboard space so you can keep your own food supplies here.

Parking is a challenge in Clifton Village, so car owners need to be aware that they will need to park a small way away (though still within walking distance). With the amenities and public transport on your doorstep in Clifton Village, cars are not needed on a day to day basis.
