2 Rooms For Let July 2016, Clifton

We are two University of Bristol students looking for two prospective flatmates for the coming school year. One will be a final year doctor, whilst the other will be in the second year of her PhD. We are both sociable and tidy. We both like to live healthy lifestyles and are active at the gym/go on frequent runs. That being said, we like going to the pub/having a nice glass of whiskey or wine in the evenings. We both travel often, and are often gone several weekends a month.

The house is lovely, with 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen/living room with a bay window, and four double rooms. Three rooms look out onto the garden and one room looks out onto the street. Each are fair-sized, with nice high ceilings.

We are looking for students, preferably older, who clean up after themselves (but needn't be obsessive with cleaning). We are both easy-going and would like the same in potential flatmates.
