Light and airy double room close to Whiteladies Rd

A part furnished room (could be available as unfurnished) is available from 1st August in a light airy, recently decorated flat close to the Downs, Whiteladies road, shops, bars and restaurants etc.

Sharing with 2 recently turned forty year old males, interested in sports, travelling and cooking. Who keep it fairly chilled in the week, but are out and about at the weekend.

We keep the place fairly clean and looking for a considerate like minded non-smoking professional. Sorry, no students.

Rent is £400pcm plus £135 a month for all bills paid into a house account. Deposit is £400 and the minimum contract length is 6 months. There is an annual charge for a parking permit too if you own a car.

Given the current Covid situation we’re looking to do a Zoom (and video tour) with potential flatmates first, followed by an actual viewing if all goes well.
