Hi there, I am subletting my studio flat on Tyndalls Park Road for the last 3 months of my tenancy (June, July and August), as I am travelling. The flat is very spacious and modern and is within a small complex with a security gate, set back from the main road.

The location is fantastic- 5 minutes walk to University of Bristol, the Triangle and to Clifton Down.

The flat itself has-

-Modern kitchen.
-Wall-mounted television.
-Ample shelf and storage space
-Large desk and wardrobe.
-Very large bathroom with shower.

All bills are included in the rent and the internet is very fast.

I've been really comfortable living in this apartment for the last 7 months. It is really quiet, in an ideal location and perfect for a student in Bristol. Do get in contact if you would like to have a look around- you won't be sorry! :)
