Great flat in the heart of Clifton Village a stone's throw from cafes and shops. Lovely en-suit room with bedding if needed, the room/flat is fully furnished/equipped. We are walking distance from the town centre and university. Included in the rent is: a cleaner every fortnight, Wifi, all utility bills. The flat has a lovely communal kitchen diner, patio and garden. Share with two other professionals and a needy cat and spaniel dog. We are a friendly household but are respectful of the privacy of others. We enjoy the Village amenities but this is not a party household.
