Room available in really nice flat in Clifton

Hi! My housemate is moving on to a new job in London and leaving behind a double room in a really nice two-bed flat in a perfect location in Bristol (right on Clifton Triangle). It's really close to the city centre and ideal for travelling to work anywhere in Bristol or elsewhere in the area. Transport links are all excellent and parking is available through a permit (I use one and its cheap and never too busy to park). Close to restaurants, gyms, supermarkets etc. About 5 minutes walk from Clifton Village and not too far from the Downs either. The location is genuinely about as good as it gets.

The flat is quiet even though it's in an active part of the city, has a modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a great bathroom and a very comfortable living room - perfect for spending any off-time. The room itself is a decent sized double with loads of storage space for clothes and a desk. It's all fully-furnished and ready to move in to.

You'd be living with me - I'm a journalist from London who has been in Bristol for nearly 9 months. I work fairly hard and like to stay relaxed in the week before enjoying the weekend. I love watching and playing sport particularly football (I have access to Sky Sports which proves very useful on a number of weekends) and I enjoy a good mix of staying in and going to the pub.

The Details:

Move in date in first week of September when my current housemate moves out.

Six month tenancy with possible option of extension.

Rent is £550 a month and bills come to about £100 on top of that.

Expecting a fair amount of interest and need a new tenant sorted by Monday August 8th so email to organise a viewing as soon as possible
